I hold Public Liability Insurance that provides worldwide coverage, with my policy and work subject to UK jurisdiction. Any contract between myself and my clients is governed by English and Welsh law, and legal proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

This policy extends to cover remote working, including sessions conducted via telephone or online platforms. Sessions must be conducted in line with professional guidelines, ensuring secure communication methods, a safe environment for the client, a backup contact method in case of technical issues, confidentiality, and proper record-keeping as outlined in the policy terms.

For clients based in the USA, it is important to note that, as I am working remotely and not physically based in the USA, all services are provided under UK jurisdiction. This means your contract with me is governed by UK law, and not by any state laws or regulations within the USA.

3. Enhanced DBS and Data Protection

I hold an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate, ensuring compliance with safeguarding requirements.

Additionally, I am registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a professional registered to securely handle personal data in accordance with English and Welsh law. For your reference, a copy of the registration certificate is available upon request.

4. User Responsibilities
